Alan joined mhance as CEO in 2018. Alan specialises in devising value-driven business strategies and technology solutions that align IT and organisational capabilities to business goals. Alan has over the past 15 years, operated as MD/CEO leading high growth B2B technology businesses in a range of sectors.

James has over 15 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) – being one of the first partners globally to develop a vertical solution on version 1.0 of the product. Since then he has specialised in solutions within 3 key sectors of construction, sports & hospitality and not-for-profit, however, James’ focus is now primarily on the not-for-profit sector, delivering projects that help charities achieve individual fundraising and campaign objectives.

Gerard joined the mhance team in 2002 and has 30 years’ experience working within the Software development sector. His presence and skill set is key to our organisational growth. His team is made up of Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Software Developers. They collectively design, build and manage a growing portfolio of products covering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Business Central, the Power Platform and Azure. Gerard strives to have his innovative team at the forefront of this industry.

Simon is responsible for all financial aspects of mhance including financial reporting, statutory governance, management information and investor relations. Simon and his team are constantly striving to improve the customer experience by developing improved systems and controls allied with an open, professional and user-friendly approach.

We’re proud of our skilled teams and the level of service that they provide to our customers day in, day out, and it’s Louise who is tasked with keeping our most crucial business asset at its very sharpest. Having tech sector experience and water tight policies and procedures in her armoury, Louise and her team provide all of our managers and employees with every bit of support needed to develop our skilled workforce.

Appointed in 2015, David oversees all commercial aspects at mhance including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Contractual arrangements. He has over 30 years’ experience delivering value to customers through application solutions across both the private and public sectors, by direct engagement and via teams under his management.

As the Chief Customer Officer at mhance, Matt Evans-Peace looks after the Sales and Support departments, ensuring that customers assisted in both identifying and realising the benefits and critically the ongoing value of their investment across Microsoft solutions for the NfP sector. Matt has been with the company for 7 years and has 20 years experience of working in the software industry across roles including Support Management and Account Management. He has built strong relationships with key accounts and Microsoft's Tech for Social Impact team.

For the past 25 years, Tory has worked exclusively within the Nonprofit sector and has been instrumental in driving growth and success in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit within mhance. Having worked with many hundreds of organisations of all sizes, she is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact and help organisations achieve their goals.

Dan is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the Software, IT Services, Telecoms and NfP/Charity sectors. His main passion is to ensure organisations are working efficiently as possible, whilst using all data held to gain maximum benefits. Starting as a ledger clerk, Dan has worked his way up through all the functions within a finance team, enabling him to understand all issues from initial data entry to board level / Trustee reporting requirements.
