We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver high-quality consulting services. You will analyse business processes, design solutions, implement systems, and provide ongoing support, translating client needs into effective solutions for optimal performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include providing expert advice on Dynamics 365 solutions, leading implementation projects, designing and configuring applications, and analysing business processes. You will oversee configuration and development, conduct end-user training, offer ongoing support, build strong client relationships, ensure solution quality, manage the product backlog, produce high-quality documentation, lead workshops, and contribute to project risk mitigation.

Candidates should have a proven track record in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions, with experience in PowerApps and Flows, strong communication skills, requirements gathering, user story creation, business process mapping, and functional specification documentation. Leadership in large-scale projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and mentoring abilities are also essential.

Preferred attributes include experience in not-for-profit and charities, strong interpersonal skills, relevant Microsoft certifications, knowledge of Microsoft Azure/DevOps, and exposure to Canvas Apps, Power BI, and Azure.
