We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics Project Manager to join mhance during an exciting time of growth. This role will be pivotal to mhance’s continued success delivering complex IT solutions designed for the Charities/Not-for-Profit sector.

As a Dynamics Project Manager this role forms an integral part of our operations team. Responsible to manage projects from planning stages to executing the implementation of software solutions. You will work in close partnership with our clients to provide regular progress updates and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Client’s organisation, business needs and challenges of their business sector.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM, ERP, Data or Modern Workplace projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, quality and to budget.
  • Lead the creation of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps.
  • Liaise with PMO coordinators to ensure projects are billed regularly and accurately.
  • Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources to implement CRM or ERP systems, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each Client.
  • Planning and executing the implementation, providing regular progress updates to the client.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Client’s organisation, business needs and challenges of their business sector.
  • Leading project communication and best practice throughout the system implementation
  • Ensure expectations between the client and the business are set well and maintained throughout the life of the project.
  • Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate with the Implementation Team and Client appropriately to alleviate risk to the project and ensure it is delivered per agreed timescales and cost.
  • Assist with management reporting.
  • Ensure that full project financials are tracked including budget, remaining days, project profitability and if more funds need to be requested from the client early.

We welcome applications from candidates who have proven experience within Project Management. If you have experience of managing the delivery of complex and challenging projects with strong prioritisation, planning and time management skills we would like to hear from you. Within this role you will continuously monitor client projects, responsible for financial tracking with the ability to establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all times.

Experience of the ‘Not for Profit’ sector is highly desirable as is experience of previously managing CRM / ERP projects. Experience of Agile or Hybrid project delivery would also be of benefit.

It is essential for this role that you are able to work the core hours of business which are 09:00 – 17:30 but may require extra hours as and when required. Travelling to client sites on occasion could be an integral part of the role, so the successful candidate should be comfortable with occasional overnight stays away from home.
