Dynamics 365 Development Consultant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Development Consultant to join our team. Joining mhance as a Dynamics 365 Development Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and extending Dynamics CRM software and inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practices to ensure its features are utilised to their fullest.

The role will see the Dynamics 365 Development Consultant involved with both client projects and working on the internal developments.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing the client’s business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business
• Requirements gathering, writing user stories and evolution through business process identification, analysis, and re-engineering
• Planning and executing the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM developments, providing regular progress updates to internal and external clients
• Assist with project communication and best practise throughout the system implementation
• Provide on-going support to businesses once the system roll out has been completed

Knowledge and Work Experience:

Essential:

• The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience ideally Dynamics 365 modules, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Dynamics Marketing
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects
• Experience of XRM SDK, Web API and JavaScript programming
• Experience in canvas apps, Power Fx, custom pages
• Strong skills in the use of Power Automate and experience of data flows
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis and requirements gathering
• Able to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards
• Hands on experience of Azure DevOps
• Be comfortable with home based working and client site visits

Desirable

• Experience with the Not for Profit sector is desirable.
• Have previously worked in a Microsoft Gold Partner environment
• Understand of related technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Understanding of Azure SQL
• The ideal candidate will have experience of Dataverse Data Migrations and Integrations with 3rd party systems
• Experience of Azure Data Factory would be beneficial
• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS
• 3+ Years in .NET, C#, ASP.NET
• 3+ Years coding on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 SDK
• Proficiency in developing plug-in and workflow assemblies
• Experienced in developing .NET web services and web API applications
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Power Pages
