We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. Joining mhance as a D365 Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the company responsible for the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM software and inspiring its use within the business environment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, advising them on best practices to ensure software features are utilised to their maximum. Designing tailored solutions and ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of CRM solutions.

As a D365 Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet your clients’ IT needs. You will be responsible for analysing the client’s business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, identifying efficient ways that Dynamics CRM can add value to their business. Required to design and manage the client’s implementation, gathering and compiling user stories and evolving through business process identification, providing regular progress updates to the client. You will assist with project communication, and ensure best practices throughout the system implementation. Able to configure and implement Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you execute deployment plans for timely implementation, ensuring the successful execution of Dynamics CRM solutions for our customers.

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Customer Engagement, Customer Service or Marketing? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing dynamic team! We are seeking an experienced individual who possesses a strong educational background, relevant Microsoft certifications with hands on experience of working on medium and large-scale Dynamics implementations, principally via online adoption and including extensive customisation for bespoke business processes.

In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your skills in CRM forms, simple JavaScripts, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards with Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications. You will also have the opportunity to excel in interpersonal skills, building strong client relationships, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. It is essential for this role that you are able to work the core hours of business which are 09:00 – 17:30 but may require extra hours as and when required.  At mhance we fully support a remote workforce however it is essential for this role that you are able to travel to client sites and work away from home with occasional overnight stays when customer or business needs dictate.
