We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM software and inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practices to ensure its features are utilised to their maximum.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing the client’s business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business
  • Requirements gathering, writing user stories and evolution through business process identification, analysis, and re-engineering
  • Helping with planning and executing the implementation of Dynamics CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client
  • Assist with project communication and best practise throughout the system implementation
  • Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites
  • Provide on-going support to businesses once the system roll out has been completed

Person Profile

  • The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience ideally Dynamics 365 modules, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Dynamics Marketing
  • Well-rounded stakeholder management experience, able to present to audiences of varying sizes and levels
  • Experience of working on medium and large-scale Dynamics implementations, principally via online adoption and including extensive customisation for bespoke business processes
  • Ability to customise CRM forms, simple JavaScripts, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards with Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications
  • Works well under their own direction, but fully supported when needed
  • Attention to detail, produces work to a high standard
  • Ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

 

Work Experience

  • Experience with the Not for Profit sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects with proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience of full project life cycle of implementation
  • Experience of training clients internal IT/training team
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of Dataverse Data Migrations and Integrations with 3rd party systems

 

It is essential for this role that you are able to work flexible hours as and when required. Travelling to client sites will also be an integral part of the role, so the successful candidate should be comfortable with occasional overnight stays away from home.
