Careers

Making mhance a great place to work is a priority for the senior management team. Creating a culture where every employee feels included, valued, supported and listened to is crucial.

Why work for mhance?

We put wellbeing at the forefront of the business, recently providing an individually tailored mental health service for each of our employees, as well as a benefit package which helps address everyday healthcare costs.

Local Communities

We are committed to making a meaningful contribution to the communities we operate within. We recognise that we have a wealth of experience and skills that can be shared with the charity sector.

As such, all employees are entitled to 1 ‘Volunteer Day’ each month which allows every person the opportunity to offer their skills to worthwhile charities of their choice.
Visit our Corporate Social Responsibilities Initiatives page to find out more.

Personal Development

All mhance employees are given time for learning and development. Whilst the offices are available to those that wish to work from there, we support remote working, with all roles being either fully remote or hybrid. As a result of the changing world, we have gone one step further, having recently introduced a scheme whereby employees can work from anywhere in the world for up to four weeks per year.

We are dedicated to ED&I, with a tailored “Educate & Celebrate” program, in addition, the business was one of the first to pledge commitment to Microsoft’s “Women in Dynamics” initiative.

Your Wellbeing

With a fully remote workforce, communication is key, which is why once a month, the business meets for a company update, and opens the floor to questions. In addition, every month a wellbeing session is arranged where topics have included everything from Financial Resilience to The Menopause. Company Socials are a great way to keep the team connected, whether that’s a virtual team quiz, a walking challenge, or a night on the town, we strive to not only challenge staff in the work that they do, but to also make sure they have a fun time doing it.
