m-hance, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and provider of software solutions to the charity sector, has been selected as a launch partner by Microsoft to deliver its brand-new end-to-end solution for charities; Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365.
Microsoft’s Fundraising and Engagement solution was designed for and by not-for-profit organisations in order to provide a centralised home for all donor management and fundraising activities. It is built on the Microsoft non-profit Common Data Model to accelerate time to value for implementing mission critical solutions and will enable organisations of all sizes to streamline everyday processes and get real-time insight of all fundraising and financial outcomes.
Alan Moody, CEO at m-hance, says “We are thrilled to be selected as a launch partner for this solution. It is fantastic news for charities as it demonstrates Microsoft’s commitment to the sector, with further investment into dedicated technological solutions that are designed to empower charities and support them in delivering their mission. By combining our years of experience and overlaying our existing products onto the Microsoft Common Data Model, this will enable us to deliver end-to-end charity solutions to a wider range of charities of all sizes; harnessing the wider Microsoft ecosystem. At m-hance we work with a wealth of charities and have delivered more than 100 CRM implementations over the past 20 years, and so are looking forward to using our vast knowledge and expertise to deliver this new Microsoft solution to charities across the UK and Ireland.”
As an accomplished Microsoft solutions provider to the charity sector, m-hance will be integrating its existing technology around income processing and Gift Aid/Tax Efficient Giving within the Fundraising and Engagement ecosystem. The solution will also fit in with the dedicated m-hance roadmap for European-specific enhancements around Fundraising and Engagement, which harnesses familiar tools from the Microsoft ecosystem such as Office 365, enabling charities to optimise their technology investments. It also provides a 360-degree view of supporters and a single source of truth for all interactions in real-time. The m-hance team will be talking to charities about Fundraising and Engagement, as well as their other charity-specific solutions and how they can really help organisations to digitally transform.
m-hance has been working closely with Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact (TSI) team for some time. Two years ago, the solutions provider was chosen as Microsoft’s first UK-based Dynamics 365 Nonprofit Partner. Since then, m-hance has gone from strength to strength in growing the key skills required to develop, implement and support market-leading, flexible solutions designed to help charities and not-for-profits to increase stakeholder engagement, maximise income streams, whilst enabling efficient, secure and compliant operations.
