Chris brings extensive experience leading private-equity-backed software and tech-enabled services businesses, including serving as CEO of Carlyle‑backed Livingstone Group and Francisco Partners‑backed SmartFocus. He has a proven track record of building scalable operating models and driving consistent, long‑term growth.
Chris joins with a clear mandate: to strengthen mhance’s Microsoft-first positioning and evolve the business into a scalable, data-driven partner aligned to how customers operate across the Microsoft cloud.
The appointment follows a significant year for mhance. SilverTree’s investment has provided a strong platform for growth, enabling increased focus on scale, capability expansion and customer value.
