m-hance to exhibit at Charity Technology Conference 2017

Microsoft Partner, m-hance, is thrilled to be supporting this year’s Charity Technology Conference, being held at the Mermaid Conference Centre in Blackfriars, London on 9th November.

The event, which is now in its twelfth year, is designed specifically for charity fundraising, IT and digital leaders. This year’s programme will showcase innovation across the not-for-profit sector, demonstrating technology playing an integral role in influencing a variety of functions within charities of all shapes and sizes.

Highlights will include an in-depth look at the evolving role of CRM in light of incoming EU data regulations and examples of organisations using new technologies to further their mission.

m-hance, a leading business software provider and a Microsoft Gold Partner, has been providing business software solutions to the not-for-profit and charity sector for over 20 years, helping charities such as Oxfam Ireland, Comic Relief, UNICEF, Solent Mind, Amnesty International, Christian Aid and The Gurkha Welfare Trust deliver their mission through the use of Microsoft solutions.

m-hance will be showcasing NfP 365 and NfP 365 Essentials on the day – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that provide charities with the tools they need to optimise fundraising campaigns and better engage with their supporters. Each solution has been carefully developed to meet the requirements of charities of different sizes, and with different needs.

NfP 365 is a fully featured solution that has been designed to meet the needs and demands of larger and more complex charities. Whereas NfP 365 Essentials has been developed for small and medium-sized charities that are looking for an out-of-the-box, pre-packaged solution that will provide everyday relationship management, marketing and fundraising functionality.

m-hance will also be addressing the audience with a speaker session that will see them asking charities how prepared they are for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Fundraising Preference Service (FPS). The upcoming regulations all come into force by the end of May 2018, and Tory Cassie, NfP Business Development, and James Glover, Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, will discuss what the regulations mean for not-for-profit organisations and how Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) has been tailored to help with the process of compliance.

If you are attending the conference, Tory and James’ session will be at held 14:30 in the Upper River Room on the day, additionally, you can learn more about our not-for-profit solutions and Dynamics 365 by us at visiting stand #3.
