m-hance showcase NfP 365 Essentials CRM solution for growing charity organisations at launch event
Earlier this week, m-hance celebrated the launch of its latest charity focussed CRM solution, NfP 365 Essentials, at NCVO headquarters in London.
This charity and not-for-profit event was attended by organisations such as Scope, Construction Youth Trust, Starlight Children’s Foundation, and many more. Guests were invited to learn about NfP 365 Essentials, a new product offering developed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized charities that are looking for an out-of-the-box, pre-packaged solution that will provide key relationship management, marketing and fundraising functionality.
Tory Cassie, NfP Business Development specialist at m-hance, started the day with a warm welcome and an insight into the enhancements that NfP 365 Essentials will bring to charities worldwide. Detailing the core fundraising functionality and benefits of NfP 365 Essentials, Tory Cassie continued to explore the true value of the new 100% cloud-based CRM solution that is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Next, Fiona Brookes from Adapta Consulting shared her knowledge on how charities can become GDPR compliant. Lately, GDPR has most certainly been at the forefront of many businesses’ minds with the new regulation being enforced on 25th May 2018. Whether not-for-profit or otherwise, this new regulation will ensure that all organisations work within new government guidelines to protect personal data. However, this may pose a larger threat to some smaller charities, who could face hefty fines if GDPR is breached.
By early afternoon, m-hance Solutions Architect James Glover explored NfP 365 Essentials in real-time. This live demo looked at the solution in more detail, along with third-party integrations with fundraising tools JustGiving and Virgin Money Giving. James demonstrated how NfP 365 Essentials gives complete visibility with a full 360-degree view of all stakeholders and supporters, together with Office 365 integration.
After a pause for coffee and refreshments, it was time for Hector Minto, Senior Technology Evangelist at Microsoft, to take the stage. Hector explored accessibility within Microsoft solutions and how this can benefit charities, users and donors across the globe. Stating, “We must make everybody successful”, regardless of disability. Demonstrating how we can all be more inclusive in the workplace, Hector began his presentation with subtitles continuing, “70% of disabilities are invisible – most people won’t admit they’re struggling”. Hector’s energetic presentation highlighted Microsoft’s accessibility and charity-focused developments.
By choosing NfP 365 Essentials your charity is able to reap the benefits of both this not-for-profit tailored solution and Microsoft technology, a winning combination for charities. Find out more about NfP 365 Essentials by registering for our webinar at 2 – 2:45 pm on December 13th here.
