In line with Government guidelines in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland, until further notice m-hance has asked all employees to work from home unless there is an essential reason for a face-to-face meeting.
As a business, we believe it is important that we follow the work from home guidance to not only keep our employees and their families safe but also to protect our customers and our local communities. Given the increased transmissibility of the Omicron variant, from a business continuity point of view and also to ensure we can keep our customers serviced and projects on track, we believe this to be the correct approach, however, we will continue to monitor the situation closely.
For customers with whom we have any new or ongoing projects, it is business as usual so we will endeavour to keep communications open during the term of your project. We have proven that we can make remote working successful; our team are used to delivering projects remotely using technology such as Microsoft Teams, webcams and videoconferencing facilities wherever these channels might be available.
