We’re looking for a Microsoft Alliance Partner to build and nurture strategic relationships with Microsoft and other key partners, generating pipeline, accelerating new customer acquisition, and maximising mhance’s commercial, strategic, and reputational impact. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, delivery, and executive teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, enable coselling, and maximise partner programs.

This role is the primary interface with Microsoft, ensuring mhance is top-of-mind for relevant opportunities. While there’s no direct sales quota, you’ll be accountable for partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell deals won, inbound referrals, and new clients acquired via partner channels. Data and insight will guide you in refining partner strategies and driving results.

You’ll have 5–10 years’ experience in partnership management, alliances, or business development in the technology services industry, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft partner programs, co-sell processes, Marketplace, and funding incentives.
