- Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise – Includes Copilot capabilities like natural language insights, record updates, email and meeting assistance and opportunity summaries. Provides 250 MB DB, 2GB File
- Dynamics 365 Sales Professional – Core sales process automation and Microsoft 365 integration. Does not facilitate the use of Copilot features
