We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at mhance. As a Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of crafting and delivering innovative solutions grounded in the Microsoft stack, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, D365 and Power Platform. This multifaceted role encompasses pre-sales endeavours, leading workshops, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Central to your responsibilities is the adept management of diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, within an evolving environment. Your ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple demands will be instrumental in your success.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a wealth of experience in providing solutions across the wider Microsoft Azure/Power Platform/Dataverse environment, coupled with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge and certification in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 are essential, reflecting proficiency in key technologies critical to our operations. Your technical proficiency extends beyond these platforms to encompass a broad understanding of the wider Azure stack, including appropriate use cases for Azure Data Factories, Azure Synapse and Power BI, complemented by familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology. Insight into business practices and processes is paramount, with demonstrated experience in business requirement analysis, pre-sales activities, and effective presentation skills.

While a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/Engineering/Analytics or Business Administration is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered for candidates who exhibit the requisite skills and expertise.
